The brief
Albanian salons take most bookings through Instagram messages and phone calls: a lot of back-and-forth, and a schedule kept by hand. ImiRezervimi.al gives every salon a booking link it can put in its Instagram bio.
Customers pick a service, a day and a free time slot and send a request. The salon reviews requests in one queue, approves or declines them, and the customer hears back on WhatsApp. It is built for salon and barbershop owners and their customers, and the whole interface is in Albanian.
What we built
The public website
A home page for customers, a page for salon owners with the benefits, how it works, testimonials and a free 30-day trial, and a salon directory with search.
The customer app

- An availability calendar, working hours and a customer details panel.
Notifications and admin
- WhatsApp messages for confirmations, approvals and reminders.

Our role
We built ImiRezervimi.al: the website, the booking flow, the salon dashboard, the WhatsApp notifications and the admin area, and we keep developing it. It is the kind of work we do as web development and SaaS development.
